Girls are excited, nervous and sad all in one!

We broke the news to our girls today after school and they took it very well. Both Kipper and I were very nervous about how they would react. As expected, they cried immediatly, Campbell more than Addison and that surprised us. Then once they calmed we talked about the excitement of this adventure and they wanted to see thing on the computer. We showed them a few listings we had seen when we went and they loved the two story houses! Funny what makes the kids happy! All in all, it went very well. Throughout the evening, they have asked questions about a variety of things, all which we could answer. Thanks be to God for that! So, obsticle number one is behind us. Moving to the next.........

Big News

Well, friends and family, we have big news.

We are moving to Tulsa OK. We are thrilled with the opportunity and adventures ahead. We are nervous, anxious, scared and excited all at the same time.

Kipper is taking a job with his client Mid-Continent Insurance in-house. He will have new responsibilities and still use his law background. It is a wonderful opportunity for him!

We plan to leave San Antonio in December just after Christmas. We will be purchasing a new home, hopefully two story as that is the girls big wish and maybe even with a pool!

Kipper and I have visited the area we researched. It is the Jenks ISD and the school is Jenks Southeast Elementary. We met with the principal there and she was WONDERFUL and full of great information. We loved the school and know the girls will to.

Lots of changes ahead. Saying goodbye to friends and family and moving to a new city will be hard for us all, but we have each other and consider our family a very close and well grounded family unit. We can do ANYTHING together.

Kipper and I celebrated 10 years of marriage this spring and look at this as the beginning of our next 10 year adventure.

We will have lots of room for visitors and expect many of them and often! it is 9 1/2 hours from San Antonio to Tulsa, so pack the car and come north!!!

More will come and lots to report as we go through this. It will be a process.

If ANYONE knows ANYONE in Tulsa, please send us their name and numbers....especially if they have daughters 7-9 years old!!!

Stay Tuned and say prayers for us all.
